Session Info
What to expect.
Sessions generally last 1-2 hours and can be in your home, favorite park or our home studio. We will travel anywhere within 20 miles of Carrollton, TX. Addittional travel fees apply outside local area.
We find that children usually take better pictures in a familiar environment. Our goal is to create the most natural photos possible. That's why we don't pose or say things like "cheese".
You can expect to receive a link to your online proofs within 2-3 weeks of your session. Your gallery will include 25-35 images from your session. Once you preview your photos, you can schedule an ordering session where we will review your favorite images and discuss your prints. Expect your print orders to arrive within 6 weeks of your ordering session.
What to Wear.
When choosing outfits, think of the style or theme you are looking for as well as the location of the session and try to match accordingly. Jeans are a great choice and can create both a casual or dressy look. Keep it simple and try to select clothing that is comfortable. When clothing is uncomfortable, children tend to reflect that in their expressions and actions. Remember that a happy child equals a great session. Avoid clothing with large logos or graphics. Sold colors work best. We encourage you to bring a few outfits so we can try to get the best look for the session. Maternity Sessions.
Typically, the best time to schedule your maternity session is 8-10 weeks before your due date. This gives you enough time to develop a great belly, but you aren't yet in that stage where you start to feel uncomfortable. It's best to wear pre-pregnancy clothes so we can accentuate your beautiful curves. Jeans are great, as well as camisoles, tank tops, etc.
Pricing/Packages
Session Fee. $175
$300 minimum print order is required. Or order one of the packages below which includes the session fee.-
Session includes:
- Up to 4 people. $25 each additional person.
- Photographers time and talent.
- Processing and editing of photos.
You will receive access to an online gallery of 25-35 images within 21 days of the photo shoot. - Ordering appointment.
Once you have viewed your photos online, you can schedule a time to meet with your photographer to discuss which images you would like to have printed.
Packages.
The Standard A: $395A simple package with an assortment of prints plus a Photo CD so you can re-print your favorite photos for your personal enjoyment.

This is a fun papparazzi style photo session. Make your child look like a star! We’ll even create a faux magazine cover with their photo on it that you can frame. This package is also great for birthday parties.

Includes 30 cards. Choose from 5.5x4.25, 5x5, 5.25x8, 5x7 or 4x8. Great for holidays and birthdays. Let us know if you need a different number than 30 cards. We can print any number from 10 - 1,000. Price does not include sitting fee.
Holiday Photo Cards: $85
Includes 30, 4x8 cards. Great for holidays and birthdays.

Memory Book: Prices from $35
Our soft cover books are a more affordable option to our flush mount panarama album. Choose from Matte or Semi-Gloss paper for the interior pages and Smooth, Linen, or Pearl paper for the book cover. Price does not include sitting fee.
Flush Mount Panarama Album: Prices from $250.
Our most popular album, the Flush Mount Panorama is available in four different sizes and 29 different colorful cover options including; acrylics, leathers and custom image. Choose from 8x10, 10x10, 12x12 or 10x15. Price does not include sitting fee.

Gift Certificates:
Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount. Call us if you wish to purchase one.
Purchase Information:
We accept cash, personal checks and all major credit cards. There is a $50 fee for returned checks.

We reserve the right to use any picture from your session in any form such as, but not limited to the use in advertising, reproduction and copyright. Images may not be reproduced in any manner for an reason without the express written permission of Brittany Kaluhikaua. If you purchase a Photo CD, then you have purchased the limited right to reproduce these images as often as you like for personal enjoyment only. Prices are subject to change at any time. However, prices are locked in at the time of booking and for up to 30 days after you receive the link to view your portraits online. All sales are final. Session fees are non-refundable.
