I thought I would list some of my favorite places for photo shoots in the Dallas area. If anyone has any tips on other great locations, please reply below.

Dallas Arboretum

Dallas, Texas 75218

Most people know about the Arboretum. It’s one of the most popular places in Dallas for photo shoots.

Central Park, Frisco
On Parkwood (between Gaylord Pkwy and Warren Pkwy)

Central Park is a small park near the Stonebriar mall. They have many great western-themed statues. This is a great place if you want a western/Texas feel for your shoot.

The Mandalay Canal
Las Colinas

This semi-secret spot is beautiful. It’s Irving’s version of Venice/Riverwalk. There are some great architectural details below the street level.

Nasher Sculpture Center

Dallas, TX 75201

The Nasher is a beautiful sculpture museum located just north of Downtown Dallas.

Old Downtown Carrollton
35E and Beltline

Just off of 35E is Old Downtown Carrollton. This is a cute little town square with a gazebo right in the middle. A fun place for shoots.
